The staff at Burridge Dental Practice are always happy to listen and help if you have any problems or complaints, to do with your care at the practice.
If you feel talking to us does not solve your problem, please make a formal complaint in writing to Dr. Satnam Salotera at the following address:

We will always acknowledge any written complaint within 3 working days and if any further investigation is needed, we will complete a full investigation and get back to you within 10 working days, unless otherwise advised.

If you are an NHS Patient and not happy with the way your complaint is dealt with, you can contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on:-
